.vault help

Your shop page

The public page that shows buyers your listings and sends them to eBay.

Every seller on .vault gets a shop page at dotvault.net/shop/@username, where username is your vault’s username. Its header reads username.vault, and the page wears your own branding: your logo, colours and words, not .vault’s.

It’s the link to put in your eBay profile, on your packing inserts and on social media. Buyers can see what you have without wading through every listing on eBay.

What buyers see

  • Your live listings, with photos, condition and price, filterable by set and price.
  • Your shipping rules and how you grade condition.
  • Any bundle discounts you offer on eBay.
  • A small link back to .vault at the bottom.

What it doesn’t do

Your shop page never takes payment. There’s no cart and no checkout: every View on eBay button goes straight to the listing on eBay, and buyers pay there. Each price is shown with “on eBay” beside it, and the page says that prices and availability are on eBay, because eBay is the final word.

There’s no sign-in on your shop page either. It’s public, and it shows nothing from your vault that buyers shouldn’t see: no costs, no profit, no buyer details.

Keeping it up to date

Your shop is built from your ledger and your listings, so you don’t edit it by hand. When you list, restock or sell a card, the shop catches up on its own. Photos come from the pictures attached to each copy in the console.

If a shop fact changes, like your shipping rules or bundle discounts, change it on eBay first and then email help@dotvault.net so the shop says the same thing. The shop and your eBay store should never disagree.
